A small family-run winery, farming organically on ancient soils at altitude and releasing wines only when they are ready to drink — which usually means waiting five years to let the terroir speak for itself.

Welcome to Clos de Trias

We have farmed this land since 2007, working with ancient Triassic soils in the northwest corner of the Ventoux appellation to make wines that reflect as honestly as possible the place they come from.

Everything here is done by hand, on a human scale, with as little intervention as possible. We take our time — in the vineyard, in the cellar, and in deciding when a wine is finally ready to share.
